Snook Season Open Gulf Region 2-09

Snook season is now open in Florida's Gulf Region. The Gulf Region includes the Gulf of Mexico, Everglades National Park and Monroe County ( The Florida Keys). In the Gulf Region you may now keep one snook, per day, between 28" and 33". A snook permit is also required if you are required to have a saltwater licence. You may not buy or sell snook and you may not use a spear or snatch hook to catch your snook. The season will remain open in the Gulf Region untill May 1st. Snook season will remain open in the Atlantic Region untill June 1st.
