I spoke with the Bait Shack in Port Orange this morning. They were telling me that the fishing is picking up. Bluefih, pompano, and whiting are biting in the surf. Bulefish, flounder, sheepshead, speckled trout and bull redfish are hitting around the bridges and other structure in the intercoastal waterway.
