I spoke with Fishermans Choice Bait & Tackle & Seafood in Eastpoint ( East of Panama City ). She was telling me that the redfish are kind of slow in the bay there also, but black drum and sheepshead fishing is good. Shrimp and fiddler crabs are the best baits for sheepshead, but the fiddlers are hard to come by right now. The whiting are biting well in the surf with shrimp being the best bait.
